Known for her compassionate, family-centered approach, she is committed to empowering families and helping children with developmental delays reach their fullest potential. Her extensive background and dedication make her a trusted advocate for the families she serves.

    - Family Support Coordinator

    Crystal Marr holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and brings almost three years of experience working with Early Steps, Louisiana's early intervention program for infants and toddlers with developmental delays. In her role, she collaborates closely with families to ensure children receive the services and support they need to thrive. Her background in criminal justice enhances her advocacy skills and deepens her commitment to equity and care, allowing her to make a meaningful impact in her community.

    - Family Support Coordinator

    Heather Rodridguez has been providing advocacy and family support with Early Steps for two years. She is passionate about helping those with disabilities and their families, bringing personal insight as the sister of someone with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her firsthand experience navigating the world with someone on the Spectrum fuels her dedication to spreading awareness and support through early intervention, ensuring families feel understood and empowered.

    Katelynn Tacker is a Family Support Coordinator at Divine Case Management who coordinates support resources to ease burdens on families while helping their children succeed, thrive, and grow. She brings a strong background in people-centered work with a natural passion for helping others, offering empathy, organization, and a calming presence to every case. As a parent herself, Katelynn understands firsthand the pressures families face and the challenges that come with having a child with developmental delays. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her baby, staying active, cooking, and bringing positivity to her community.

With over 20 years of experience spanning customer service to management, she has discovered her calling in serving others both directly and indirectly. Meoshia understands that every family is different and has unique needs, ensuring each case is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and personalized care. She finds deep satisfaction in being part of each family's growth journey through EarlySteps, equipping children with essential tools to thrive despite their challenges. Outside of her professional life, Meoshia enjoys family time, traveling, watching movies, arts and crafts, and cooking.

Outside of work, she enjoys bowling, listening to music, playing board games, watching football, and spending time with her family, which helps her maintain balance and continue growing both personally and professionally.
